BPM & Changing Behaviour
Jason Hanley posted an interesting status on his Google+ this evening and instantly I had to correlate it to the problem I am trying to solve with my BPM project at work.

That’s right, I said it! It isn’t the process which is complex, but the people who are involved that make the process complex.
