Dear college grads, whatever you do don’t shun start-up jobs. Take those jobs and do something amazing. The world will remember you for it.
There is ample opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally in a start-up job. Sure it may not pay the same as another desk job may, but the amount of experience and knowledge you will gain will outweigh the pay.
Lastly, you will form several amazing relationships through your networks which you will cherish for a long time.
So rather than stay unemployed or flip burgers (nothing wrong with that), put your smarts, creativity and knowledge to work and do something amazing. If not for the world, do it for yourself. In the end, you will thank yourself for it.
